honestly this list will be too long to be here, but suffice to say that i really enjoy horror of pretty much all subgenres, but specifically schlocky slasher films.

same as the movies section, i read a lot of poetry and horror, and i have a big soft spot for pulp horror.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT I WORK VERY SLOW : a full painting can take anywhere between 4-8 weeks for me to complete, depending on complexity. most of my full paintings take at least 40-45 hours of work, which i have to do between my job and other life occurrences.
I WORK FULL TIME : unfortunately i am not in a place where i can do art as my main form of income. i have a full time job with inconsistent hours, so that will affect my turnover rate.
MY ART STYLE IS BEST SUITED FOR PORTRAITS : while i am not opposed to getting out of my comfort zone, please bear in mind that i do my best work when it's character portraits.
I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE AT ANY TIME : there are quite a few boundaries i have regarding what i will and won't draw, and while i am most likely to decline on first contact, if anything comes up during the commission process that i am uncomfortable with, i reserve the right to back out and issue a refund.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HAVE REFERENCES : my end goal is for you, as a customer, to be as satisfied with my work as possible, so the more refs you have the better. anything from posing, to clothing, to facial inspiration. if you think you've sent too many references, i promise you have not.

add 25% of base price for each additional character, up to 3 (i.e., you want a bust painting of two characters, add 20 dollars to the base 80 to get a total of 100 dollars).
heavy detail may cost extra, and can be negotiated.
detailed backgrounds will also cost extra, but can be negotiated as well.

prices can be negotiated for rough colors (example in the center).
add 5 dollars for additional characters, up to 3 (10 dollars if you want rough color).

NO HEAVY NSFW : mostly because there is no real way for me to verify your age online that isn't extremely invasive.
ANYTHING THAT COULD BE CONSIDERED HATEFUL : i.e., i will not draw any characters that are racist caricatures, characters that are based in orientalism, etc.
NO GENDERBENDS : i, personally, am not comfortable with them.
NO FASCIST/FASCIST ADJACENT CHARACTERS : i.e., characters that are involved in marvel's hydra shit, first order characters from star wars, etc.
NO HEAVY ACTION : not for any other reason aside from i am simply not good at it. again, my art style and process is best suited to character portraits.

ROMANTIC THEMES : i.e., kisses, hand holding, etc.
i can try furries, but i make no promises.
i promise i can draw women, i'm just gay.
CHARACTER CONCEPTS : meaning, you have the idea for a character, but don't have a set appearance in mind. i'm willing to workshop with you on that.

I ACCEPT PAYMENT THROUGH MANY DIFFERENT SERVICES : cashapp, venmo, ko-fi, and paypal. i'm generally pretty distrustful of paypal because of the ways in which it hinders artists, but i know that is generally the go to. whichever method you prefer is fine with me, though.
I TAKE HALF OF THE PAYMENT AFTER A THUMBNAIL SKETCH : meaning, you have sent me your references and have decided on what you want, and then i do a quick mockup to make sure we're on the same page. after the thumbnail sketch has been approved, i will expect half of the payment through your preferred service.
IF YOU PREFER TO USE PAYPAL, I WILL SEND YOU AN INVOICE : or, more accurately, you will receive two invoices- one for the first half of payment, one for the second half.
